Wellness Warriors: Ladies of Highland have been invited to join Wellness Warriors starting this Monday, March 9 This group will meet in the Highland youth building once a week on Monday evenings starting with a weigh-in at 5:30 pm followed by a half-hour meeting at 6:00 pm. Together we will discuss healthy eating habits while also encouraging and supporting each-other through individual wellness goals.
